18th May 2010

Hello!

It's my second day! It already feels great to be here.

Ever since I woke up (and I know from before waking that) my family and relatives surrounded me looking at me in awe and loving and cuddling me.

Nani and dad were awake the entire last night taking care of me. Of course, they will take some time to understand my sign language and I'll take a li'l bit of time to adjust with them.. :)

We had visitors starting early morning. Dad's relatives stay near by the hospital so there were a few local visitors.

The following people visited us during the entire course of the day:
Dad’s uncle, Vivek Chachu, Bhavna Chachi, Nozu didi, Raju Chacha, Rita chahi, Golu chacha, Bittu dadi, Sameer and Louis Uncle (see the pictures)

In the night, even Sheena maasi and family came to see me-they could not stop themselves from coming again to see me. I met Muskaan didi and she swayed me up and down and right and left and played with me :) Garvit Bhaiya was watching me curiously. He is only a few months elder to me :)

I took a few hiccups today :)

Dad is a fast learner-he changed my nappy for the first time. He is still a little too cautious in handling me; I know he’ll be an expert in no time :)

Dr. Meenakshi came to see mom and me and said that we should be good to go home tomorrow.

I slept well, which automatically means that Dad and Nani didn’t..lol!
