Today was a day full of activities, huh! I am tired and heading for my bed now, but let me scribble a bit :)
Last night I slept well, but mommy kept the tube-light ON throughout. She said that it will help reduce the mild jaundice- I hope she wasn’t kidding :)
Anyway, I got up early. Nani took me out in the sun-they say that it is good to expose kids to sun if they have jaundice-I also hope that they aren’t kidding here :) lol…no, they don’t-well, yeah..so it was a wonderful experience. I was in the sun for the first time. The beautiful rays touched my skin and made it look even more beautiful. Gosh!! Dad wasn’t awake at this time or else he wouldn’t have never missed on taking my pictures.
Nani and Dadi gave me my first massage and first bath….yay!! I loved the massage and the bath-though I cried a bit, but tell me who doesn’t :) Can you beat it-they didn’t take any pictures here too!!! Huh!!
After the bath, I went to sleep in my cot. I slept tight (yeah..like a baby! Lol) for a few hours.

Mommy and daddy took me to the hospital to get my jaundice checked. To me, I didn’t look as yellow as yesterday and post the thorough check up that’s what the doctor said. The doctor turned up so late at 6:45 PM for a 6 ‘0’ clock appointment. I fail to understand why some people (especially the learned ones) are so miserable in their time-management…hmm!!! Anyways, the doctor confirmed after checking that everything was fine and that I should see him again on Monday. I don’t really know if I want to see this unorganized doctor again. Mommy and Nani say that it is fine at times for highly qualified people like doctors to be unable to honor their time, but I somehow don’t agree to it. Instead I feel that they are the ones who should NOT dishonor their time ever as it means a lot to others. Do you agree with me?
My mom and dad are very funny...they don't leave an opportunity to take a picture...look at this-they started clicking in the hospital..lol... BTW-this is our first picture together :)

Anyways, after my appointment we had to drop off Bua at some place in Gurgaon, so they planned to take me with them- (Am I a show piece or what?? …lol). Dad’s office was nearby and he was so excited to show me to his friend Reena Aunty. It took us about 30 minutes to cover an 11 KMS distance-yuck! I tried to keep my cool in the car-thank God we have an AC car.
We dropped Bua and met Reena Aunty-she got so excited (which dad says is very normal for her :) ) looking at me. She so wanted to play with me, but was cautious about the germs, hot weather, etc. Dad mentioned that Reena Aunty promised to meet us so many times even before my birth and after, but she never turned up at home. – I am not going to talk to her if she doesn’t come and meet me soon. Of course she’s got to bring me lots of presents …that’s her penalty… lol! :)
After dropping Bua, we went straight back home. I was feeling hungry and mommy nursed me in the car.
Guess what-when we were about to reach home, Bua called us to pick her up. She was done with her work and wanted to come back home. We took a U-Turn and went back to pick her up. Dad took some quick snack for himself, nani and mommy! I took my li’l snack from mommy a couple of times…he he!
After we reached home, my harsh chachu, raju chachu and rita chichi came to see me all the way from Delhi…yay!! They got me some wonderful flowers. I like the color.

They were genuinely so happy to see me and so was I. I loved all the time they were here. I liked being with them.

They ate with our family and it seems that they were having a gala time chit-chatting about their stuff :)

The electricity was cut off, but thankfully due to the grace of Jesus Christ, it was restored much before our inverter died.
My Dadu has promised to get me a new inverter tomorrow - let’s see if he meets his promise or not. I’ll let you know tomorrow :)
I am too tired now and I will go to bed. Talk to you tomorrow.
